Legal notice for the TurboTransfer service.

The service

TurboTransfer lets you transfer end-to-end encrypted files through temporary links. 2 GB limit per file; transfers expire automatically on the date shown at creation time and files are permanently deleted.

Encryption key and link responsibility

The decryption key is contained exclusively in the generated link. Anyone holding the link can download and decrypt the files: keep it safe and share it only with the intended recipients. If the link is lost, the files cannot be recovered by anyone, the controller included.

Prohibited uses

Using the service to transfer unlawful content, malware, material infringing third-party rights, or for spam and abuse is forbidden. In case of violations the controller may suspend the transfers involved and cooperate with the competent authorities within the technical limits of the service (content remains encrypted).

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, the controller is not liable for user-transferred content nor for damages arising from misuse of the service or temporary unavailability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Court of Potenza, without prejudice to mandatory consumer forums.
